Tasks across companies. One overview.

DoneNow manages recurring and one-off tasks for companies, clients or properties, and the workers who carry them out — with categories, ownership and a dashboard that shows at a glance what's done today, this week and this month.

For iOS. Currently in its first release stage — free of charge.

Features

What DoneNow does

Six areas, all reachable from one tab bar — no company disappears inside its own sub-view.

Multiple companies

Each company with its own workers, categories and tasks — as many as you need, side by side rather than nested inside one another.

Workers & roles

A worker can belong to one or more companies and carries a role — the same list a task uses to say who's responsible.

Categories

Tasks are grouped by kind — searchable per company or across all of them, not just tucked away inside one company.

Tasks, recurring or one-off

Every task with a category, an owner and a status — sortable, in grid or list, whichever fits.

Dashboard per company

Done and open — today, this week, this month — each category with its own donut chart; a tap jumps straight into the filtered list.

Archive instead of delete

Companies and workers can be archived and restored — every change to existing data asks for confirmation first.

How it works

In four steps

From setting up your first company to an overview of every task.

1

Add a company

A name and contact details are enough. As many companies as you like, each with its own set of data.

2

Assign workers

A worker can belong to several companies; the role decides where they get suggested for a task.

3

Set up categories and tasks

Recurring or one-off, with an owner — through a bottom sheet, never a system prompt.

4

Follow it on the dashboard

Done/open per company and category, with a direct jump into the filtered task list.

Access

Currently in its first release stage

DoneNow is in its first release stage (admin/manager view) and is currently free of charge. A dedicated worker area with sign-in, checking off tasks and photos follows in the second stage.
