Liability for Own Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7(1) TMG. However, under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Company, Worker and Task Data Entered by Users

Names of companies, workers, categories and tasks are entered exclusively by the users themselves. These are third-party information within the meaning of §§ 8 to 10 TMG; no substantive review takes place and would not be reasonable for us to perform. Responsibility for this content — in particular for any third-party data entered in the process, such as that of workers (see Terms §6 and Privacy Policy Section 6) — lies solely with the account that created it. If we become aware of a specific infringement, we will remove the affected content immediately and suspend the account if necessary.
